4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, content, approvals, branding assets, legal information, images, contact details, and any required access or materials.
5. Project Scope
Only items specifically included in the agreed scope are included. Additional features, pages, revisions, integrations, or services may require additional fees.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be stated on the invoice, proposal, or agreement. Work may begin after required payment is received unless otherwise agreed.
7. Revisions
Included revisions depend on the agreed package. Additional revisions may be charged separately.
8. Timelines
Timelines depend on project scope, client response time, asset delivery, approvals, and technical requirements.
9. Third-Party Tools
Some services may use third-party platforms, hosting, forms, domains, email tools, or marketing platforms. Harmen Marketing Management is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, limitations, or policies.
10. Content Accuracy
Clients are responsible for ensuring all business information, claims, pricing, service descriptions, legal statements, and contact information are accurate.
11. Intellectual Property
After full payment, final approved deliverables may be used by the client for their business. Harmen Marketing Management may retain rights to internal processes, templates, frameworks, and reusable methods.
12. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use services for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited business activities.
13. Limitation of Liability
Harmen Marketing Management is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, platform issues, or third-party service failures.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the agreed terms. Fees for completed work may remain due.
