Refund Policy

Because services involve time, planning, design, setup, consultation, and digital work, payments may be non-refundable once work has started.

3. Before Work Begins

If a refund request is made before any work has started, it may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. After Work Begins

Once planning, design, setup, content work, consultation, or development has started, refunds are generally not provided for completed or partially completed work.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are handled according to the agreed scope. A refund is not provided simply because additional work is requested outside the original scope.

6. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project, but fees for completed work, time spent, and committed resources may remain due.

7. Third-Party Costs

Domain, hosting, software, platform, advertising, subscription, or third-party costs are generally non-refundable.
